Field Based Sales Executive - Leeds*Manchester M62 Corridor Salary: £16-22k basic (neg on experience) + commission (ote circa 40k)+car allowance Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm with flexibility to work some evenings
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a field based Sales Executive to join an expanding company who specialise in leasing
The Role:
Identifying and converting business to business opportunities in the leasing sector for sales of finance packages. Maintaining and developing new relationships in the promotion of the company’s products; Cold calling retailers and end users, with a view to booking appointments and then following up by client visits to close sales. Managing a retailer’s finance programmes to ensure that incremental sales are secured. Managing an existing territory as well as developing new business.
The Person:
You must have strong sales, negotiations, interpersonal and communication skills. Organised, adaptable and methodical in approach to work. Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets. Presentation skills.
Knowledge*Experience: Knowledge of the financial*leasing market and an understanding of consumer based finance facilities is essential. Minimum 1 year telesales and*or field based sales experience within a targeted environment is essential. You must have a driving licence.
Attitude: Highly self-motivated. Keen to achieve objectives set. A positive and flexible approach towards working hours when the business requires it. The confidence to work alone and use your own initiative. A positive mental attitude. Enthusiastic and committed to the success of the business and the team
